Greenbank Farm Weed Control Workshop and Work Party

Learn about weeds, how to identify key noxious weeds, removal techniques and property owner responsibilities. Workshops feature SETH LUGINBILL of Island County Noxious Weed Control Board sharing his extensive knowledge of weeds and tools for removal. Focus for 8/11/2023 is Bull and Canada Thistle.

A public education workshop followed by a work party to identify and learn the techniques to remove the weeds that are blooming at that time.

Work parties will make a big difference to Port of Coupeville which runs this wonderful public space. Many many volunteers are needed at each work party!

Free. Donations accepted. The public is welcome to attend. Rain or shine; come prepared for the weather.
