Holland Happening is Oak Harbor’s biggest springtime festival. It features traditional Dutch costumes, wooden shoe dancing, street parades, live music, food vendors, and a popular street fair. The festival attracts locals and visitors alike, providing a festive atmosphere with a blend of Dutch and American traditions. A big favorite and the traditional Klompen canal races Saturday at 2 pm and Sunday at 3 pm.
The street fair is Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m. in historic downtown Oak Harbor.
The annual parade is 11 a.m. Saturday.
