Barbara Noonan

Barbara Noonan is an award-winning soft pastel artist who delights in interpreting nature’s light in her paintings. Daily beach walks, painting en plein aire and years of photography inform her work – both representational or abstract.

Barbara curates and juries exhibitions around the Northwest. Her award-winning paintings are found in books, magazines and were included in the Art’s Alive LaConner, WA invitational. Her work has been collected internationally and she is locally represented by Matzke Fine Art Gallery on Camano Island and at Live Oak Gallery in Apalachicola, FL.

She is a Camano Arts Association member, Signature Member of the Northwest Pastel Society and the Pastel Society of the West Coast, as well as a member of Women Painters of Washington.
