I have had affection to the beautiful plates and cups. I found the opportunity to learn porcelain painting when I was in Tennessee. We painted beautiful flowers, fruit and birds or other animals on grazed porcelain plates or cups. First you paint light and smooth and fire it. I have to paint and fire at least several times to make it darker. Since we use the mineral paint we have to fire to make it stick on the surface.
Last 10 years porcelain painting world changed and there are more choice of medium and design. Not only traditional but also modern type of painting. I love the change and excited to try new things.
